1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into by and between wienvip ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and you, the individual accessing or using the wienvip website at wienvip.app and all associated services, products, games, and features offered thereon ("the Services"). By accessing the wienvip platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you unambiguously confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

wienvip reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior individual notification to users. Where material changes are made, wienvip will publish a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Services after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English-language version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

1.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with wienvip's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms published on the platform from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between you and wienvip with respect to your use of the Services. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, between you and wienvip relating to the Services.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the wienvip platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only;
• You are not acting as an agent on behalf of any third party in connection with your use of the Services;
• You do not currently hold another active wienvip account, nor have you previously had an account that was suspended or closed by wienvip for violation of these Terms;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by wienvip or any responsible gambling programme;
• You are acting in good faith and in full compliance with the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

2.1 Age Verification

wienvip reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Such documentation may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. If a player is unable to provide satisfactory proof of age, wienvip may suspend the account and withhold any funds until verification is completed to wienvip's satisfaction. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed, all bets placed will be voided, and all deposited funds will be returned to the payment source where reasonably practicable.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

wienvip primarily targets adult players residing in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. wienvip makes no representation that the Services are lawful or appropriate for use in any specific location. Players access the Services at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

3. Account Registration and Obligations

To access the full range of wienvip Services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals, you must register a player account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. wienvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify wienvip immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any other security breach. wienvip recommends that you use a strong, unique password and enable two-step SMS verification where available.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the wienvip platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using different identities, is strictly prohibited. wienvip employs technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and wienvip reserves the right to void and retain winnings derived from multi-account activity.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that the name registered on your wienvip account matches the name on your payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account). Discrepancies between account name and payment method name may result in withdrawal delays or rejection of withdrawal requests until identity verification is completed to wienvip's satisfaction.

3.4 Player Obligations

By maintaining an account on wienvip, you agree to the following obligations on a continuing basis:

• To use the Services only for lawful recreational gambling purposes;
• To keep your contact details, including email address and mobile number, accurate and up to date;
• Not to share, sell, transfer, or otherwise make your account accessible to any third party;
• Not to attempt to access wienvip's systems, servers, or databases by any means other than the standard player interface;
• To cooperate fully with any identity verification, source-of-funds, or responsible gaming checks initiated by wienvip;
• To inform wienvip immediately if you believe you are developing or have developed a gambling problem.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on wienvip are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). wienvip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. wienvip does not accept cash payments, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not expressly listed on the platform's cashier page.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your wienvip account in real time or near-real time, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 via bKash and Nagad. wienvip does not charge a fee for processing deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which wienvip bears no responsibility. wienvip reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in violation of these Terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed;
• The withdrawal must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible;
• Any bonus funds deposited into your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500;
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one business day of approval; actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the recipient payment provider.

wienvip reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or where unusual transaction patterns are detected. Such checks may include requests for source-of-funds documentation and may temporarily delay processing.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All account balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in BDT. wienvip does not perform currency conversion. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider when funding their account from a non-BDT source.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login or financial transaction has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. wienvip reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. Any remaining balance will be preserved and returned to the player upon account reactivation subject to identity verification.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

wienvip offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and special event promotions tied to cricket tournaments such as the BPL and IPL. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms;
• Bets placed using bonus funds on certain games (typically live dealer games and low-margin table games) may contribute at a reduced rate towards the wagering requirement — consult each promotion's terms for the applicable contribution percentages;
• Bets that are voided, cashed out early, or placed on both sides of a market do not count towards wagering requirements.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

wienvip operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using bonus funds to place bets that exploit low-risk outcomes to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcome probabilities; and any other conduct that wienvip determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be an attempt to exploit the promotional system contrary to its intended purpose.

Where bonus abuse is identified, wienvip reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, recover any bonus-derived funds already withdrawn, and permanently close the offending account or accounts.

5.3 Promotion Availability

Promotional offers may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn by wienvip at any time and without prior notice. wienvip accepts no liability for losses arising from the modification or discontinuation of any promotion. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its amendment will be subject to the terms in force at the time they claimed the offer.

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

wienvip is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wienvip platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or perform any account action;
• Engaging in or attempting to engage in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt influence over the outcome of sporting events or casino games;
• Colluding with other players, third parties, or wienvip staff to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to obtain winnings that would not otherwise have been available under normal operating conditions — any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Providing false or misleading information to wienvip at any stage of the account registration or verification process;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with wienvip's software, platform, or security systems;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the operation of the wienvip platform or the experience of other players.

wienvip employs real-time monitoring systems and conducts periodic manual reviews to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, wienvip may immediately suspend the account in question, void relevant bets and winnings, retain deposited funds pending investigation, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

6.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the wienvip platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, text, graphics, user interface designs, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of wienvip or its licensed third-party suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any wienvip content without prior written authorisation from wienvip.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your wienvip account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, wienvip will process any pending withdrawal of your available balance (subject to verification requirements and applicable wagering conditions on bonus funds) and deactivate your account. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to a cooling-off period of 72 hours and identity re-verification. Players who have set a self-exclusion prior to requesting closure are subject to the terms of the self-exclusion period and may not reopen their account until that period has elapsed.

7.2 Closure by wienvip

wienvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time period following a request by wienvip;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18;
• Discovery that the account holder is registered on a self-exclusion list;
• Any action or inaction by the account holder that wienvip determines, acting reasonably, to be detrimental to the integrity or reputation of the platform.

Where an account is closed by wienvip for a reason other than a breach of these Terms, any available balance (excluding bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period via the account settings panel or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of one month, three months, six months, twelve months, or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked and no deposits, bets, or account access will be permitted. wienvip will make reasonable efforts to exclude the player from receiving promotional communications during the self-exclusion period. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wienvip, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the wienvip Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not wienvip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

wienvip's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wienvip account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Service Availability

wienvip does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or circumstances beyond wienvip's reasonable control. wienvip accepts no liability for losses resulting from unavailability of the Services during any such period.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Games on the wienvip platform are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. wienvip acts as a distributor of these games and does not control their underlying software or RNG systems. In the event of a technical fault or game error attributed to a third-party provider, wienvip will liaise with the relevant provider but cannot accept liability beyond the scope of its own operational responsibilities. 8.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which wienvip operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. wienvip is committed to attempting to resolve all player complaints fairly and expeditiously through its internal dispute resolution process before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
